Kojoko White Flowering Indigo
Indigo baring, Persicaria Tinctoria "Kojoko" a traditional white flowering indigo plant of Japan. My personal favorite to grow and harvest.
Can grow to 3ft high, 2ft wide enjoys good lommy soil. Sow in Spring and plant out after the last frost in sheltered sunny location.
Pinch out centers to encourage bushing on planting.
Enjoys a well mulched, nitrogen rich soil with plenty of water.
Soft Green stems making easy harvest. Cut before the first flower for indigo pigment.
